Newark Book Festival: Chapter Three
September 25, 2020 - September 27, 2020
Chapter 3 takes place 25th-27th September, where we will bring a slice of our Literary stalls to Newark Market Place (Saturday & Sunday).
We also welcome Gold Star Guide Felicity Whittle to Newark. Best known for her book lover walks around Nottingham, Felicity will be introducing the Newark Literary Walk.
In addition to this we will have four online events bringing a little book love to your home.
These will run from the Friday evening and feature a workshop on self-publishing with
Narrator Typesetters and Designers and our Saturday evening author event – A World of Discovery; SF, Horror and Fantasy Panel with Literary Agent John Jarrold, author Adam Nevill and author and Newark resident Andrew Bannister.
On Sunday afternoon our virtual at home events welcome much loved Nottinghamshire author Cathy Bramley, in conversation with Rachael Lucas. And to finish the next chapter we welcome Newark-based writing group Fosseway Writers as they talk about their collaborative novels and how they have just produced a book of Gothic Short Stories together.
