Stop thief!
Squirrel has had her carefully gathered stock of acorns stolen! What will she and her family eat this winter if she can’t find them?
RSPB Sherwood Forest need the freshest and sharpest detective minds to work out which woodland creature has raided Squirrel’s larder and where the acorns might be, so that they can be returned to her without delay. We hear there may even be a reward on offer.
If you think you can take on this case, then collect your trail pack and find the cunning clues along the Major Oak Trail.
This is a fun and educational self-led family trail for the October Half-Term which is ideal for young children aged six and under and their parents or carers.
Trail packs are £3.50 each and are available from the Visitor Centre shop. A reward is provided when children who have taken the trail return to the Visitor Centre.
Booking is not required. 11am – 3pm.
