Arrival of Santa Weekend – 16th & 17th November
Kick off the holiday season with a joyful celebration as Santa Claus makes his grand entrance to Rufford. This magical weekend sets the tone for a month of festive fun and excitement.
Elf Garden Christmas Trail – 7th December to 5th January
Join the festive fun with our magical Elf Garden Christmas Trail! Explore the formal gardens and help find Santa’s mischievous elves. Trail sheets are £1.50 per child, including a prize. Available daily from 10 AM to 3 PM at the Courtyard Gift Shop.
Mini Christmas Market – Weekends
Stroll through our charming market filled with unique gifts, handmade crafts, and seasonal treats. Find that perfect something for your loved ones or a little treat for yourself! Don’t forget to visit the Gift Shop for extra festive goodies and decorations.
Santa’s Grotto – Select Dates in November & December
Create magical memories with a visit to Santa’s Grotto. Children can share their wish lists and receive a special gift from Santa himself. Tickets are £9.95 per child.
Festive Afternoon Tea in the Talbot Suite – 1st December
Celebrate the season with an elegant festive afternoon tea in the Talbot Suite at Rufford Mill. Treat your family and friends to a delicious array of seasonal treats in a charming, cosy setting.
Carols by Candlelight – 8th, 15th, & 22nd December
Join us for an afternoon of heartwarming carols in the Talbot Suite, accompanied by mulled wine and mince pies. Let the sounds of the season surround you as you relax and embrace the holiday magic.
Festive Eats
Savour the taste of Christmas throughout the park! Warm up with hot chocolates and snacks at the Coach House Courtyard or enjoy a cosy break at the Mill Tea Shop. Indulge in sweet seasonal treats from the Cafes and Gift Shop, and don’t miss the wood-fired pizzas from the Courtyard Pizza Van for a tasty bite during your festive adventure.
