‘BLITHE SPIRIT’’, Noel Coward’s comic play about a séance that goes wrong, is coming to Southwell Library, King Street, Southwell, NG25 0EH, from 8th-10th May, 7.30pm. Doors open 7pm. Bar available. Written by Noel Coward in six intensive days during a Welsh holiday, it first opened in the West End in 1941, and has been produced almost continually somewhere in the world since. The much-loved play marks the start of Southwell Theatre Club’s celebratory 75th anniversary commemorations.
