Join William De Tankerville, The Sheriff of Nottinghams Master at Arms, as he takes you on a tour of the majestic Greenwood, sharing stories of medieval life and the villainous Robin Hood.
William has spent countless hours tracking Robin Hood and has become intimately acquainted with the Greenwood’s most scenic and dangerous trails. He knows every inch of the forest like the back of his hand, and his expertise as the Sheriff’s most experienced warrior is second to none. Even the most villainous of outlaws would be wise not to cross paths with William!
The tour will guide you through the forest’s breathtaking landscape, providing a rare opportunity to experience the beauty and mystery of the Greenwood first-hand. You will hear fascinating tales of its most legendary inhabitant, Robin Hood, as well as learn about the day-to-day life of people living during the medieval period.
The entire walk will last approximately 90 minutes, so make sure to wear comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear. You wouldn’t want to miss any part of this exciting journey! Unfortunately, no dogs will be allowed on this walk.
