Palace at the Castle: Teddy Bears Picnic

Join the Palace Theatre team in the stunning grounds of Newark Castle this summer as they transport the magic of the stage to this wonderful historic setting. Enjoy the sunshine as you settle on your blankets and escape to lands of imagination from Wonderland to Mole and Ratty’s idyllic river and even period drama heaven in 18th century England.
Bring your teddy bear along for a picnic in Newark Castle’s grounds and enjoy half an hour of fantastic storytelling from Rhubarb Theatre. Afterwards you can take part in a bear hunt around town which might just end in a ‘sweet’ surprise and the chance to be entered in an exciting prize draw.
Performances at 11am, 1pm and 3pm. £20 group of up to 4, £25 group of up to 6.
