Robin Hood Festival 2022: Movie Magic

IT’S BACK!
The much-loved Robin Hood Festival is taking place this summer at Sherwood Forest National Nature Reserve over seven weekends from 16th July to 29th August.
As well as offering the ever-popular all-action medieval jousting displays, they’re set to be invaded by Vikings too!
There will be historical re-enactments from across the Middle Ages, and this year, Sherwood will be the venue for the county’s Nottinghamshire Day celebrations on 27th August.
There will be arena shows, performance, music, comedy, stalls, games and activities, including archery (of course) and each weekend has a different theme.
The festival begins in style with a cinematic treat – their first ever outdoor movie night!
They start with Disney’s classic animated telling of the Robin Hood legend at 4pm and the medieval blockbuster A Knight’s Tale at 7pm.
Tickets (per film) are £10 for adults and £7.50 for children (£8 and £6 respectively for RSPB members). Children aged two and under go free.
