RSPB Sherwood Forest are getting ready for Christmas and looking after nature by making our Stir-up Sunday a bird-friendly affair.
Stir-up Sunday is a centuries-old tradition which families have observed in the weeks before Yuletide to make their Christmas pudding.
Instead of stirring the pudding, why not join us to make bird-seed cakes to keep your garden’s feathered visitors fed during the cold winter months?
They’ll even have the Sheriff of Nottingham helping to mix up the ingredients with you at the Major Oak on Sunday.
No booking required, just come along to the Visitor Centre.
Please remember to check the latest COVID-19 guidance before attending any event and contact the event organiser should you need any further information on the COVID-secure measures that will be put in place.
