The Original Bramley Apple Tree

Did you know that the Bramley apple hails from Southwell? Nottingham Trent University are offering visitors the chance to visit the garden of the original Bramley apple tree located on 75 Church Street. Despite being well over 200 years old and suffering from honey fungus for many years, this important tree has survived much longer than most apple trees and still produces delicious Bramley apples!
